3 In order to understand this documentation, a developer should be already familiar with the [XWiki Platform>http://platform.xwiki.org]. Curriki uses many aspect of the platform, including XWiki scripting, XWiki plugins, notifications, translations, skins. It uses multiple advanced plugins like lucene indexing, space and invitation manager, activity stream. It also extends the platform with it's own services (the REST service plugin, the Curriki plugin managing Curriki Assets).
